Enrollment will be open to  maximum of 20 players each session. 

Led by Director Melissa Alamprese, 3D Field Hockey is offering high value Field Hockey Training during January, 2016 in one of the Navajo Fields indoor Mini-Domes.

With the rise in popularity of Field Hockey, 3D Field Hockey developed a program for girls 3rd grade through high school who have a desire to learn the game of Field Hockey and to master the skills needed to compete.

3D Field Hockey will teach all aspects of the game and work with players at every skill level and will teach individual skills as well as team strategy to enhance the Field Hockey IQ of our athletes.

About our Director

Melissa Alamprese has over 13 years experience coaching Field Hockey in Section One. She has revitalized struggling programs at Croton-Harmon, Sleepy Hollow and Yorktown. In that time , she has coached many All-League and All-Section players as well as, in 2014 coached Yorktown to its best record in program history with 13 wins.  

Alamprese is 1998 graduate of Springfield College with a B.S. in Sports Movement Studies with a concentration in Physical Education. While at Springfield, Alamprese was a member of the Women’s Lacrosse Team.

In addition to her coaching duties, Melissa is currently a Physical Education teacher at Croton-Harmon High School where she has taught grades 5-12 for the past 14 years where she also the Head Coach of  the Croton Varsity Girls Lacrosse team.  Prior to taking over in Croton, she coached at Yorktown High School for over 15 seasons including as the Head Coach of the 2006 State Championship Team. Melissa was selected Coach of the Year in 2003, 04 and 06.
